Motion to change XIX Event Rules, G-22. To:
Bars in alleyway of rodeo arena must be covered with a sufficient amount of dirt to allow safe running and stopping surface for barrel horses. Also, there must be a minimum of eight ten feet of inside dimension from ground to first overhead bar. (April Williamson)

Motion that Junior competitors be required to attend a minimum of 10 rodeos, including at least 6 mother events, with a maximum of 4 co-approved rodeos counting toward their requirements. (Loralei Stokke)
