Call Backs: Any errors or omissions please reach out to the office by 9:00 Thursday August 27th, there will be no changes to the draw after this time, once the draw is final there are no changes. Trades will be required if you didn’t get what you need. Both sides of the trade must email the office by 9:00 am Thursday August 27th
Location: 109-5th Avenue West, Cochrane
Payout: We pay by direct deposit to your bank (not e-transfer) please ensure a void cheque is submitted to the office by 9:00 am Wednesday following the rodeo if you have won money. If we have to issue a cheque there is a $25 fee deducted from your payout.
Notes:
There is no bank machine on site, so please ensure you bring cash with you. Entry Fees must be paid BEFORE you complete, there will be a $25 fine for all fees paid after you compete.
Ground Rules
- Cowboy Attire will be enforced
- No Self Penning
- No Cleaning out trailers
- Possible Aircraft Flyovers & Pyro
- All contestants will receive a pass + companion pass
- Only holders of passes will be allowed behind the chutes
- Contestants may be asked for interviews or meet & greet for sponsors. Please make yourselves available if you are able
- No overnight stays
- Parking is limited, parking enforcement subject to tows or fines
- Impeding production could result in a fine
